In pre-trial activity the lead detective in the Anand Jon criminal case is ordered to take the stand on Monday, August 18, 2008 to be questioned on withholding evidence for 11 months. According to court documents, the evidence was attorney-client information obtained by hacking into the defense's computers thus compromising defense strategy.
